There’s no single item of clothing that brings me more joy when I wear it than a tulle skirt. So when I saw this tiered pink number from the Atlantic-Pacific x Halogen collection at Nordstrom, for under $100, I knew it belonged in my closet.
Now, I am pretty confident in my clothing choices and wear what I love, no fricks given, but I got so many compliments on this skirt the day we shot this so I knew it was a winner. Someone said to me it reminded them of Hermoine’s Yule Ball gown – of course! I see a Hogwarts trip in the skirt’s future!
The day we shot this was one of the first cooler days in the fall, the first weekend in November, the day after my birthday. It was still a bit warm for the jacket, which is real, thick leather, bought on clearance at Zara last year, marked down from $199 to $45! One of these days Florida will give me a cold enough day to actually wear it, not just toss it over my shoulder for pics!
My Mickey tee was an H&M find, combining my two favorite things: Disney and the color pink. It was a steal at $12.99. Here’s the run-down of the whole look:
